Vic-To-Ry Business Services is a fresh, innovative approach to business support services. Vic-To-Ry Business Services was envisioned and founded by Dwight and Felicia Harris with the concept of outsourcing and “one-stop shopping” in mind for solutions for business support services.  We evaluated our skills, experiences, expertise and interests to determine the services we would offer to meet the needs of businesses.  Vic-To-Ry provides solutions that are required to manage and grow your business, create a professional image, increase productivity and customer satisfaction and reclaim time to focus on your clients and business goals.

Located in North Carolina, we provide catering and cleaning services locally and administrative and event planning services nationally.

EXPERIENCE

Felicia has a B.A. in Organizational Behavior/Applied Psychology from Albright College and has worked in the government and education industry for twenty-four years with 17 of those years in management. Felicia is a performance driven administrative professional with the ability to independently plan and direct business affairs. She offers experience in office management, personnel management, budget management, grant management, program evaluation, project management, and client relations.   

Dwight has a B.S. in Marketing Management.  He is an innovated and results driven leader focused on achieving exceptional results and customer satisfaction.  Dwight served in the U.S. Army as Captain for 7 years. In addition to his military service, Dwight has 20+ years in leadership capacities in marketing, sales, food service and customer services as well as 9 years experience in cleaning services. 

WHY THE NAME VIC-TO-RY?

We formed the name Vic-To-Ry Business Services from the names of our three children: Victoria, LaToya, and Ryan.
